Order was placed but was not attempted, No one called, I got a message that the order got rejected but I didn’t reject it since it was not even attempted. Customer service was obnoxious and simply a waste of my time, Mr.Sourav was at escalation desk had a casual attitude and had no intent to help me with a resolution. Pathetic service.
