I order a tablet from book my tab. Com and payment Paid online by debit card but I am not receiving my parcel yet. Order No. BO29635331

Dear Sir,
This has reference to the website bookmytab.com launched by presha trading which is supplying old tabs in non working condition and when asked for refund they are sending an email asking for debit /creditcard details .
I, Krishnan Krishnan from Mumbai have purchased a
Wizpad F1 Max 10.5 Inch HD+ Display 8 MP Selfie Camera with 6GB RAM Gaming Tablet
Product ID : F1 from their website
I received an old tab in non working condition which did not conform to the model. and anyway it was not working. .
I asked for refund and was sent a form by survey monkey which asked for credit card /debit card details including expiry date and pin
I wish to register a complaint against them . their email or support numbers do not work. Please help me in getting a refund
