Hi there this to bring to your kind notice that I have experienced an awful ….worst customer service experience from Amazon people …I did placed my order on 29th of September it was an exchange of old mobile phone to buy a new one and order was prepaid via my SBI debit card for new phone of realme C35. And my phone was stolen so did not have my any information on my order deatails therefore called amazon customer service team and was requesting them to provide me with the status on when will I be receiving my order spoke to many customer service associate but none turned out to be helpful in assisting me gave them my credentials but they failed to provide quality assistance and they have even disconnected the call over me I have proofs which I’ll be attaching below ….from 29th of September till 7th of October I called them but they failed in assisting me and I am devasted to the core of my heart as I am scared that my prepaid amount will never be returned back to me as they are not assisting me at all on order the delivery date is tomorrow but have not yet received any notification abt the delivery therefore begging you to help me out …as I did not mean to do anything as in such against amazon as I am good customer but as it’s about my hard earned money ..I am forced to take this step up…
