Sir,I ordered ESAB Xpert Weld 200 IGBT based single phase inverter welding machine from your website. My order ID : 406-5032384-2292315. I returned because of some issues regarding lower than normal voltage in our area which doesn’t allow this to work. After receiving the package I returned it immediately because of the power issue. As per Amazon’s advice, I did a self return of the package via DTDC courier. The tracking ID : D59672360. The courier charges were Rs 1560. The hole package weight was 14 kg approx. As per the tracking, the product reached the seller on 12th October(4.04 PM), 2020. After that I contacted Amazon and waited for two days for them to issue the refund.
Last time 15 Oct customer care executive promised and e mail also “your refund will be initiated by 48 hour” But still no refund. When I contacted many times then you block my call.

I contacted the seller too. But on 15th October(4.42 PM) the seller emailed me saying-
“Thank you for reaching out to us. We have not yet received the physical product back. Please contact your logistics DTDC to get an update. As soon as we receive and check the package condition we will process the refund.”They said in another message on 16th October(6.09 PM) :“Please note we have not yet received 3 machine return. We have only received 1 physical machine through courier. We request you inform us how many machines are returned and confirm it with your logistics team if they have delivered 3 machines.”Another message on 16th October(6.14 PM) :“If we have only received 1 machine we will refund you based on the cost of machine less discount, as original purchase of 3 machines were given at discount due to quantity of 3pieces. Total refund amount would be Rs. 7,699.00. Please confirm.”After getting the seller’s message on 15th October, I contacted DTDC Courier and they confirmed that the whole shipment was delivered to the destination on 12th October. They also showed me a proof of the delivery confirmation receipt including the seller’s signature and seal(attachment included).I asked the seller to send me a photo/video of the package he received. The seller did not send the photo as requested. When I informed and gave the seller the proof through whatsapp about the confirmation of DTDC, he suddenly changed his mind and sent me the second mail(16th October) saying that he actually got only one of the parts. I am hereby requesting you to look into this matter for resolve as soon as possible.Thanking you.
