I have ordered a oneplus phone as a gift to my parents. I live in the US and so I chose Amazon to place the order. I chose a black phone and selected a different configuration which wasn’t the default. The moment I changed the configuration, the color option changed to glacial green(which I didn’t observe at the time). Also, I saw an image with black color when I was scrolling. So didn’t bother checking the description, as I explicitly selected black color initially. Once the order has been delivered, I wanted to return it back. But the customer service says they delivered the correct product and it can’t be returned. The product is still in its original package and as new as it was delivered. Need to cancel this order now.
