My Flipkart account is blocked for some unnecessary reason . And i placed replacement of boat 131 pro bcoz they provided me defective product. But they are not responding to me . On 21 dec without any intimation without any messages delivery guy reached at my offc location but i was not there so i asked him to allow me 15 mint but he denied also he denied to come at my location. And at 8:19 pm last status was updated as undelivered after that Its showing out for delivery from last 2 days but i didnt get any sms regarding delivery boy . Now they are not doing anything bcoz they blocked my account. Now i m not able to raise call back request track my complain and even they are saying they r not able to do anything bcoz they my account is blocked . I am attaching all snaps . Go through and let me know do i need to suffer this much
