Before placing the order it was showing delivery by today. After placed the order it shows delivery by today. When i talked with amazon customer care at the after placing the order the executive promised me to get my order by EOD, Now i further called the customer executive , then another executive tells me that i will not get my delivery by EOD.
At morning when i called the customer executive for the first time i told them that if it is not possible to delivery by EOD then, i have to cancel my order and will try on another platform. Then the executive told me not to worry about this , i will get my order by EOD.
Then why now the executive tells me that i will not get my order by EOD !!
It’s a harassment. I want penalty for this.
