I had placed an order on 11th / oct and the expected delivery date was 18th/ oct. On 20th/oct , I received a sms regarding this order that my order is successfully delivered. But I didn’t received my order yet. This order was prepaid and the amount was Rs. 418 . So on 20 th/oct, I have raised a complaint on email regarding the same. I am calling the customer care number and they said to wait for 48 hrs and today is the 7th working day of the complaint that I raised. Still I didn’t get the resolution of my complaint. Now the order will not deliver so I kindly request you to provide my refund as soon as possible. Hope to hear from you soon.
