Hi I would like to know the reason for refunded the credit card payment made from paytm payment mode.

Hello,
First May i know the reason for refunded the amount, and you only recomend to pay specific bank credit card payment ( Indusind & Kodak card), Now why you cannot proceed the payment. I hope you and these two bank must be agreed certain terms and condition to accept/receive the payment through paytm payment gateway.
My concern now, Indusind bank levied 1500+tax for incomplete last month payment by 13th Sep. My actual my indusind card payment due date is 13th sep, now i unable to pay total amount, due to this transaction get unsuccess/refunded by you. Based on your offer campaign cashback rs.100, i have initiated the same.
Requesting you to confirm to provide compensation amount which is levied by indusind ind and how can i get the campaign cashback.

We have refunded Rs 3001.00 to your bank for your Order ID 6014643101 on Paytm BFSI Indusind bank. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account. Please contact your bank for any queries.
