My order Prestige Atlas 3.0 Induction cooktop price 1699 has been picked up on 21/02/23 between 2 PM to 3 PM but still no status update nor have I received my refund even on the next day of product pickup my request has been canceled It has been more than one month but neither my status is updated nor I have been given my refund every time am given a new date and told that i will be given my refund but till now have not received my refund have been found Repeatedly I am being given time on time, neither I am being called back nor am i being given my refund. being closed without any update or contact Even after the product is picked, I am being told that my product has not been picked by giving wrong updates. My product has been picked up but my request has been canceled yet I am being told by the delivery boy that there is no pickup, I have also complained many times but I have not received any contact from the customer services. Only refund was given, it has been 2 months, but on repeated complaints, within 24 hours, the complaint itself is automatically closed, only I am being made to wait
