Hi Team,
I have ordered a LG Soundbar with wireless woofer from Flipkart on 11 Feb 21 (OrderID -OD120988096751349000).
As per description, it is mentioned with “Wireless Subwoofer” (print screen of description is also attached) but I have received the wired subwoofer.
I have called customer care and they have suggested, to place a return with the option ‘wrong product received’. But I am now only getting the option of refund while processing for return.
I am feeling like filpkart and seller both have cheated me because I have purchased product as per given description in the listing but received product with some other specification.
This is really a very serious concern to be noticed.
Instead of refund, I want the correct item as per listed with wireless woofer.
Please look into this on urgent biases and provide me the correct resolution instead of refund.
