Order product from Shopifyemail.com but undelivered
I had placed order for phone case cover with order id 3661 from so-comfy.com on 6th June 2024 and had done the payment online for 980/- and right after that I got a mail confirmation from shopifyemail.com. But I have still not received the product neither the order tracking details or the refund amount.
I have sent multiple reminder mails to the concerned person, but no response is received.
Please look into the issue and either get the product delivered or refund initiated.

I too have mailed them many times. After 2 reply they just vanished. Did you get any refund or something?
