I had placed order for phone case cover with order id 1333986 from so-comfy.com on 23rd April 2024 and had done the payment online for 1520/- and right after that I got a mail confirmation from shopifyemail.com. But I have still not received the product neither the order tracking details or the refund amount.

I have sent multiple reminder mails to the concerned person, but no response is received.

Please look into the issue and either get the product delivered or refund initiated.
