I was placed an order on May 16th, 2020 for the product Sony wireless speaker + Bose ear buds. I sae this combo offer advertisement on my facebook wall and from where i directly shopped for this product after the payment had done i didnt see order confirmation message from Mobylstore. But later i received a message saying that payment has been successfully received and this message was received from payment interface Payu. But i received an email from Mobylstore that items are added to cart please complete payment. So i wrote a mail to Mobylstore using their website contact mail address. There is no response from Mobylstore regarding complaint. Many times i followed up but no reply. I guess it is a fraud company.
