I have placed an order on 14th june 2020 with EzeePhones.com for purchase of KRYPTON M30 NOTCH SMART PHONE OF 4GM RAM AND 64GB ROM and paid through onlineHDFC Credit Card wive Transaction Id No. 082362 an amount of Rs.3,999.20 which was the offer price after the discount shown in the website etc.

But, today I had received through courier services the parcel and when I opened it, to my surprise it contained an unknown and unheard of product PHINOY MOBILE P 520. I feel that I have been cheated by this transaction and hence I am making this consumer complaint for wrong supply of mobile phone.

Please arrange to get my refund of the amount remitted or replacement of the phone with the correct one and also grant me liquidated damages for all the hardship and agony undergone by me due to this.
