Hi sir /mam,
I have placed an order for mobile Nefon A50 Pro 8Gb Ram & 128 GB ROM by paying amount 3,899/- on June 19th, 2021 at 8.44 am and noticed payment reflected in the name of Shaktitraders in Phonepay and Mobile not received.
Even trying to customer care number which is not connecting and even there is no response although connecting call.
Hence, I request authorities to track these kind of fraudsters and punish them and try to help out to refund our amounts.
