I placed an order(fridge) with below order ID on 9th July, The item came on 14th and it was an open box delivery. So when courier person opened the box it was damaged. Immediately they packed the item and took it back. From then onwards i have called flipkart for further updates, i called courier service person also. I posted on social media also. But no help till now.
