Text of Complaint by PURUSHOTHAMAN:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Placed an order Panasonic 1.5Tone Air conditioner On 23rd April 2022 , same time am paid full amount (Order Id OD124757270825180000)

that Order time Flipkart show Delivery Date is 28th April 2022, but that date Air conditioner is not delivered,

Am checked with flipkart app, there is no update, after 30th april raise the complaint to customer care,

There is worst response, there don’t have answer to me,

I am continuously calling customer care, I want to speak with the Head Person of Flipkart, but they are not connected.

From 30th April to Till now more then 20 Calls am calling to customer care, there is no response.

On the 4th Evening at 5.30 pm, I received the Air Conditioner., But Who will respond to the Delay of delivery.

I made Payment on 23rd April throw Credit Card, Now I want to pay that money, If am convey that issue Bank person to ‘ i will order one product to Flipkart, they are not delivery on time, delayed 6 days, So I will pay Credit Card amount Next Month” banker will accept this answer?…

Let me know what is the benefit for me?…

If banker not accepted mean, why my self want to accept delay of delivery?

your customer care executive & escalation team simply says “Sorry”, the same answer i will convey to banker they accept????

“I need Proper answer & What is the Benefit for me”
