On 1st noveNove i ordered washing machine and mobile of 29489 and my order id is OD113790185453788000 but from my bank account it cut twice. When i go to bank and in statement shows with Flipkart and same trancation id I have screenshot with my passbook entry. When i call to flipFlip customer care they refuse and say they got only one transaction. My Flipkart complaind id is 4928 126 241.
Sir please help me to get my money back.
