i order one mobile through store24.co.in, april 2019,order id no;20311960,i try to contact there toll free no,mobile no,customer care no etc,but i didnt got any reply,amount detacted frm my account also

I had also buy a mobile from store 24 while using Facebook. I click the link and order a mobile vide order no.20197445 and paid Rs.2699/-
But to till date no mobile and payment has been received.
