I ordered Cello squaremate bottles on 30th May,2022 from Flipkart. The bottles shown in the website are of multicolor wherein I received all the bottles of pink color. Again I placed a replacement request and the bottles delivery executive came with were of all Orange color and I rejected the replacement.
The delivery executive marked it as delivered wherein I rejected the replacement.
After multiple complaints I got a message that my product will be picked up today but nobody came and marked wrong comments like I was not available and Damaged product. None of the delivery boy came to pickup my order.
Now when I am calling the customer support they say that the return period is over. After giving me multiple timelines from 10-15 days I am not able to retun the product. I raised a complaint on time and my issue is not resolved.
Kindly solve my issue and return the product with a refund.
