I ordered 2 bags in offer given buy 1 get 1 in 1299 and 200 delivery charges

Today I received the courier but the item is totally different there’s a large size coat made of rough stuff very bad material used

I want my money back or get my actual order

I tried a lot to contact the company but no response the number given on the courier is also invalid

If someone help in the situation?
