Text of Complaint by Vijay Singh:

This is with reference to captioned order number, product is Samsung 275L 3 Star Inverter Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator, delivered on 6th April 2022.

We verified the product by opening the box in front of the delivery agent, however the base was not opened as mentioned by the delivery agent, This part was supposed to be covered by an Amazon-appointed service engineer from Samsung.

The very next day, a Samsung engineer from Amazon visited our house and examined the fridge to find that the base was damaged and he immediately raised a job card for the return of the product.

We have posted all the pictures, video and job cards provided by the Service Engineer.

We want the product to be returned and a refund is initiated ASAP. We have been valued customers of Amazon for over a decade and most recently Prime members too, thus our interaction with the customer care and leadership team of Amazon has been very very poor and pathetic towards this transaction.

Looking forward to an immediate resolution as our INR 28K is at stake.
