I have ordered metronatut s02 cabin luggage bagpack on 23rd September and it was cancelled without any intimation due to delivery delay.
I had a loss of 1000 as the price after cancellation increased and product went out of stock.
Then I ordered another product from metronatut s02 cabin luggage backpack on 30th September which should have been delivered by 5th of October.
Even after 3 postponed deadlines and multiple requests, complaints,calls, and emails no one is able to figure out the problem and provide me an answer or the delivery.
I have been waiting for 20 days for now and this is completely waste of my time and effort and unacceptable.
I need a detailed explanation of cause of the delay and order to be delivered within next working day and compensation for the cancellation of my first order and delay and waste of time and effort for both the orders.
