My Order ID- OD125188648706986000
I placed my order for Iphone 13 128GB Midnight Black with a exchange worth Rs. 10000. My expected order’s delivery date is 18-06-2022. On the date of delivery, I got an information that My order is at Ekart’s office. When I go to the Ekart’s office then Ekart’s staff (Suman) says that You don’t get your order because we have an order from high authorities. I asked, Why? She said, We will not deliver this product to you because You have an exchange with this order and as per our company’s order, we can’t deliver orders with exchange policy. She said that I suggest you to cancel this order. Otherwise, We will cancel or fake deliver your product and You will lose your Rs. 60000 also.
