Hi myself vicky kumar, i was searching for the nd filters for dji osmo pocket i madr payment of 2,602 online i booked my product on 10th of April, 2019 at freecout.in
And the product was showing is still processing and now i searched wesbsite again to check status and its not available on the internet showing ip address not found
So please help me how i get my refund if they dont reply or update of my product they are doing fraud then.

Same happened with me. I had placed an order on 07/04/2019. It was showing the status processing but now the web site freecout.in is not available.
I have sent multiple emails but no any reply so far.
Please advise if anyone has some clue about this company.
