Hi,
I haven’t received three of my orders of a total value of around 90k not have I received the refund and it has been 1 months now. I have been in touch with the customer care team regularly for the refund but the have denied my claim and they have not suggested any solution for my refund. I have also escalated this to @amazonhelp twitter Handel who also are not processing my refund request.
I request you to help me with. Refund of all three of my orders.
