Dear Sir/Madam,
I have placed an order on Club factory app (order No.SO67192298) on 19th Nov . It was supposed to reach in first week of Dec. I Have pre paid Rs 1561.32 through my paytm.
But this order never reached to me . after some days when i checked on the app ..track status was showing delivered.I have complained abot it on customer care . they routed me to online chat support .
I have written this issue about 6-7 time on their online chat portal(operator), but everytime they reply ” Dear you concern already has been escalated to our senior department ,kindly wait for 1-3 working days.” But no one responded since last 10 days .
Request your intervention in this regard to protect Consumer’s money from such fraud.
