I’ve ordered 3 cosmetic items from Myntra app. The estimated delivery date had gone so I tried reaching the delivery agent to know the status, but he continuously changed the est.delivery to next day saying unable to deliver today. And after 3 days as such, i received a msg saying my order has been delivered which actually didn’t happen. I was all day home and non of any Myntra delivery agent had come nor they’ve kept in anywhere/gave it to neighbours. I’d quickly reached out to Myntra support team initially they assured that they will look into the issue but later they have been so reluctant and irresponsible and simply said as it’s showing delivered it must have been delivered and we can’t do anything and just closed the issue. It’s so pathetic and irritating to see how these so called well-known sites doing such cheap acts to con people. I’m sure with such actions they’re loosing their valuable costomers.
