I have bought few products from amazon and it started showing delivered on 28-July-2023. However I didn’t receive the same. I raised the issue with the amazon team and made them aware of the situation through email and twitter.
They asked me to wait for few hours and promised the delivery. After the waiting hours passed by, I again dropped them an email. This time they said that the order is delivered to me.
Now I again talked to their customer service and they told me that their verdict will be final and i have to abide.
First they agreed that the order is undelivered and it will be delivered in few hours, and later they said that the order is delivered.
