sir, i have bookd one genex m 21 mobile through mobiletrolly vide order No: MT 3793 dt 19/06/2020 and paid rs. 2999/= by credit card to Payu in_paisa as per their requirment after payment i received email that you will receive with in 5 to 6 days bot till today i have not received the same i made email 4 time but no response from mobiletrolly i think i have chited from company and fraud with me ,
sir i am senior citizen 67 years old please do the needful and help me for refund my amount thanking you very much
