Dear Sir
I have ordered a mobile phone Genex Glaxy M21 through mobile trolly on line shopping @2999 . But this company is not sending the same phone since last many days and also not returning my money. Now some people are saying that this is the fraud company and not sending any phone or a sub standard another phone which is worried to me. Kindly look in this matter. The details is attached herewith.
