I ordered a dress on 16th January 2023 to be delivered in the following few days. The order was placed and the money sent. But now if I try open the website, it says that it is not available anymore. I received a confirmation mail of order. The order has not been delivered yet, despite being more than a week on order placement and also not able to reach the website. I have spent Rs.276 for the purchase made. Kindly help me regarding this matter as there is no contact information to reach out to that merchant.
