We have booked an article from Voltie Furniture and made online payment (copy enclosed) . We have sent almost five reminders for the delivery of article or refund of payment despite many reminders the dealer has neither made any arrangement to respond for email or efforts to deliver the article nor refund arrangement. I request you to register a complaint against the enclosed site/owner stating non compliance of order/ breach of contract/cheating etc
