I placed an order for Flo Anti-Gravity™ Latex Mattress 5 Inch of size 78 inch x 66 inch x 5 inch and paid Rs. 13,238.82 against the same on 02-04-2024. I was confirmed that the ordered mattress will be despatched within 5-7 days. Its been 28 days now, but the ordered mattress has not been despatched. Moreover, there is no response from their end on any channel (Customer care nos. +918976712551and/or +917387887750, email: support@flomattress.com, Whatsapp etc)
