On 7th October 2023 , I ordered a product redmi note 12 pro 5g from Flipkart, Order ID – OD429349855111911100. It is a prepaid order and delivery time was 11 October 2023 but still I didn’t receive any delivery, also I had raise complaint on 12th October 2023 (complaint no -IN23100710223310469577) and resolution date was 17 October 2023 but still I didn’t any resolution. Still Today is 27th October but Flipkart customer support are extending their date of resolution, Also not providing higher authority mail id.
