I have ordered a mobile phone on 24/07/2022.

It has a delivery slot between 7am and 11am on next day 25/07/2022.
But this order has a final update that it has been reached my City chennai on early morning 5:00 am on 25/07/2022.
This is the final update on system, mobile and even with customer care.
I have contacted customer care 5 times till now and spoken to 8 different persons too
Nobody was in a helping mode. Everybody aplu reading the Script and closing the call as “Order will receive asap”.
I was in a plan to with this order to execute my plan with different personal things .
Now due to this delay , everything goy delayed and I affected and impacted personall due to this.
I am suffering a lot with this issue.please find the details of the order below.
I have made the payment on the order day itself and awaiting for more than 3 days now for this parcel.
I camt easily cancel the order after waiting these much days .
I need a solution and compensation along with the product.
