I had Placed an order for a T-shirt on 6th May 2022, where I had made a payment online for
RS. 1598/-. Its been more than 1.5 months and I still haven’t received my order – when I emailed them they keep saying – “we have expedited the logistics for you” – then on 17th June they told me that “courier is already on the way” when i asked for the tracking number they replied –
“we and express are not a system and cannot share” – and now the last email says – “Please be assured that due to the spread of COVID-19, our shipments will be delayed. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and we will arrange to send your shipment as soon as possible”.
I really dont understand the issue hence raising the complaint.
