I ordered chicken and 13 butter roti from D2M hotel Rohtak from Zomato . What happened is the person they assisted us was Ajay . He picked the from D2M hotel then we called him he said I am coming in 10 mins . And in our order it was written that your order has been delivered but in actual it was not delivered to us . Again we called him and said it is showing that you have delivered he said sometimes zomato doesn’t works so that’s why it is showing that order has been delivered. We said okay . Then he didn’t came we were waiting for him from since 50 mins . Already he was late from the prescribed time . We were calling him he didn’t picked the call at all . At last around 10:30 he picked the call and maybe he was drunked misbehaved with us and replied “ Mene to kr diya Mene nhi bera” . Proofs ( call recordings ) . I want my money back that is Rs 684. On 12 th April I ordered from D2M hotel
