Dear Sir, I asked for some products from you on 23rd December 2020. Its order number is BB6476905. Your product was expected to arrive in three to five days. But even after ten days, I have not received your product yet. Your customer care number also comes off. Please send me the ordered screenshot along with a humble request that this product be delivered to me as soon as possible or else refund my money.
