I ordered a mini pocket laptop (Onemax 1s plus) on the 14th Sep and also I will pay the amount via UPI on that day I will get a confirmation order mail notification and SMS notification but still, the order is not received yet to my address I will send follow up mail 2 times at customer care(Care.storagehub@gmail.com) there is no response
