On November 8th 12:50am,I had made a transaction of Rs 5849/-.while purchasing @bolt online.But the order hasnt placed ,also i didnt get any mail regarding the order and amount has been deducted from my account.
I tried getting a refund from my bank,after their efforts bank told to check with the merchant(fireboltt).i have sent mail to them and called customer support 6 days back,till now i didnt get any response.pls get a quick response from them
