I had made an order of rs1004 to blinkit but didn’t received anything.so i asked the customer support for a redelivery and they agreed and did but i didn’t got my order . And since i thought the timing of order was said to be at 10:49 pm at night i waited and when didn’t received anything again messaged them at nearly 12:00 but they said that they were closed and said to tell them next day . I remessaged them at 2:00pm but they said i cant complain on a 24hr before order. at that time i realised that the order was of 10:49am but because of the wrong info of the service provider i lost 1004 rupeees which isn’t less.
