I placed an order on jiomart on 15th of October. The order had 3 items out of which I’ve received 2 orders but the most important and expensive item i still haven’t received. I haven’t received the apple AirPods pro 1st gen with MagSafe case. The order id is 16658186900232042M and the shipment id is 16658186900232042M-01. The expected delivery date was 18th october 2022 today its 27th of october still they haven’t contacted me. I also raised a complaint(Call Ticket: 6661507302) and when i call the customer service they say “we can’t give you any update the backend team will contact you for any update regarding your complaint”. Please help me out in this matter as i really want my product as soon as possible.
