Dear Sir /Madam ,
I have been a regular customer of medlife and have beem ordering for medicines every month for my consumption since the last one year/Similarly i oreded for my medicines on the 5th of April 2020 and they confirmed that the same will be executed .Got an SMS message that the medicines would get dispatched the next day and sent me the invoice the on the 6th of April .I immediately got the request for the payment and i made the payment thru net banking .They also acknowleged that they had received the payment ,The delivery comes on the 7th and alks for the payment and i showed him the acknowlegdement from medlife on my phone .He said said that his instuctions are to collect cash ,I didnot pay and requested him to take the maedicine back .I got a messgae on my phone that the company will refund the amount patd as they had cancelled the order .I thought that this amount will get refunded soon .The same night i get another invoice from medlife on my phone and and i paid the same thru net banking ,They sent me a thanking message .The next day another delivery boy comes with the medicine box and demands for cash .Showed him the message
received on my phone about the payment received .He refused to deliver . Then i get a message from medlife that they will refund the amount even without my request .It has now passed almost 45 days and till date i have neither received back the maney that was paid to medlife on the 6th and 8th of april 2020 .All details of the netbank transaction is enclosed for your reference on the medlife document attached .No one is picking up the phone .I am a senior citizen and thes companies are taking us for a ride ,
Please help me with refund ,For your information i have not ordered any medivines from medilife after the 6th of April .
