Text of Complaint by Aarti Devrani:

I ordered a study table on 15th September for which I paid Rs 1701 online through UPI. My order reached Rishikesh on 21st September but on 25th September the message came the deliver partner was unable to deliver your order and it has been returned the supplier. Why did Ecom express not deliver the order?
I also contacted Meesho’s call back help center but did not get any response, then I called the toll free number of ecom express center. Called on the door too but got no response from the vehicle. My order ID is 142056329664 and Supplier SARNAM SALES and Traking Order ID is 3228690115
Please send my refund to my bank account as soon as possible.

Regrettably, the order couldn’t be delivered and was returned to the supplier due to the delivery partner was unable to deliver your order. We kindly request you to place a new order to get your desired product. For any future tracking discrepancies, don’t hesitate to contact us immediately, even before the product reaches RTO, so that we can help you out and raise a complaint if needed. Refund of Rs. 1701 is successfully credited to your UPI account on 28 September. It may take upto 7 working days to reflect in your account.
