I had ordered a board game for INR 2099 which was supposed to be delivered by July 23. Today is August 5, I haven’t received the product neither have I received the refund. I have contacted the customer care so many times and every time the response is ” will be resolved in 72 hours. It has been more than 240 hours since I haven’t received a resolution.
