I have ordered an headphone from Amazon on sep7 where the delivery date was sep8th but till sep 13th I haven’t received the order so when I called to Amazon customer support on sep 14th they told they have initiated the refund and they even mailed for the orders.but till now I haven’t received any refund when I contacted them they say refund is stuck and they need to raise an TT. Where from past 10days they are raising the TT.on 22ndsep they have raised the TT and they told me to wait 3-5 business days. So on 30th sep I again called but they are telling that tt is not updated they have to again raise an TT where again I need to wait 3-5 business days.
This is completely fraud. They are making customers fools
