I have placed an order with ‘Kurtilive’ on the 12th of July, 2020. I received a mail stating that the order was on the way 3 days later, but have neither received it nor any other further intimation from the company.
Furthermore, on visiting the link enclosed in that mail to the delivery partner’s website, the status of my order is categorized as ‘Delivered ‘ .
I have attached screenshots of both the mail and the delivery status page. Please look into this grievance as soon as possible.
