I Ordered Groceries Through Jio Mart App On Aug-04-2020. Order No: 15965601409078751A And Amount Is 590rs. August 6th Someone Called And Told As Order Delivered To My Apartment Security, I Went Down And Checked Not Even Single Item Received What I Have Ordered. So I Have Given Complaint Through Customer Care 1800 890 1222 And Sent An Email To Cs@Jiomart.Com, Waited Till Today No One Responded To Resolve The Issue. Sending So Many Emails But No One Responded Also Trying To Connect Cusomer Care But Not Able To Connect. Please Help Me In Getting Amount Back As Soon As Possible.

Complaint numbers: 0022958303 (Not sure what is the status on the complaint), 0022987290 (For this also no update).
